How to place orders?

1. Choose your dream dress
VILAVI Dresses has different categories and navigations (such as style, fabric, color, etc) for dresses to help you easier to find the dress you want. Of course, VILAVI Dresses has hundreds of products, sometimes it is too hard to find the dress you want among so many dresses. At this time, you need the search tool (on top of the website) to help you find the dress in your mind.

You just need to enter the keywords (such as short wedding dresses, lace wedding gowns, short print dresses, etc); system will automatically find out the products you want.

2. Check the details of the dress
When you find the dream dress, the first thing you need to do is to check the details of the dress by clicking the picture or the name to check the details of the dress.

After you click one of them, the page will be switched to the products details page as below:

3. Provide us your related information
1) After making up your mind with what dress you want to buy. You should offer us the information for your color and size . You can choose the ready color and size from the following option:

For detailed ready size chart, please refer to the drop-down of your chosen size below the size option box.

2) If you can’t find your size on our ready size form, you can choose Custom Size and fill in your own Bust, Waist, Hips and Hollow to Floor sizes like the following picture

3) To make sure the dress fit for you very much; please make sure you offer us the correct information. As we accept the custom made dress, we can satisfy the reasonable requirements of yours.

4. Choose proper arrival date
If you want to get the dress as soon as possible, please select the quickest Arrival Date and then inform us when do you your want to wear the dress. If your expected time is too short and we can not finish the dress for you, we will stop the processing of your order and inform you through email that we can not finish your order on time. If you are not in a hurry to wear the dress, please choose other arrival date options.

5. Add it to your shopping cart and continue shopping
When you entered all the information like color, size and quantity, you can add it to your shopping cart by clicking and come to your shopping cart page

You can also click the marked area shown on the frame above to come into your shopping cart. Then you can:
a. Continue shopping

b. Change the quantity(QTY) of the dress in the cart, please remember to click

c. Remove the product if you change your mind by clicking

d. Check out by clicking

6. When you click on shopping cart page, you will come to the check out page.
1) If you are a member of VILAVI Dresses, you can complete the order following the next steps:
a. Find the tab in the following picture and sign in

Your check out page will change into

On this page, you may use your registered shipping and billing addresses or edit them. To edit shipping address , please click Edit button at the back of the default shipping address. To edit billing address, please unselect Use shipping address as my billing address? option and fill in your new billing address. For drop ship customer, you can choose Ship to a new address option.
b. Use the default Standard Shipping (for free), or choose Expedited Shipping( faster but with charge)
c. Choose payment method convenient.
d. Move to Proceed to Pay

2) If you are not a member of VILAVI Dresses, you can complete the order following the next steps:
a. Fill in your shipping address correctly and your default billing address is the same as the shipping address. If they are different from each other, please unselect the option of Use my shipping addresses as my billing address?
b. Check the shipping method. The default shipping method is Standard Shipping (for free) and you can also choose Expedited Shipping (faster but with charge)
c. Choose payment method convenient.
d. Move to Proceed to Pay

7. Complete the payment
When you try to finish the payment, do please follow the instructions on every step of the payment page and ensure that your payment information is correct and exact. When your payment goes through successfully, you will receive an auto-email from (non reply email, if you have questions, please send email to with the title of Paid Successfully #(your order code).
If your payment does not go through successfully, your order will stay in Pending status when you sign in your account to check the status of your order.

Important Notice:
1) After you placed one order, no matter your payment goes through successfully or not, you will have your own account in our website. You can use your email and password left in the check out page to sign in your account.
2) Please be sure to check your e-mail . Any important notice about your order will be informed to you by e-mail. Just in case your email inbox did not receive our e-mail notification, please go to the spam box to find it, and transfer it to the normal inbox so as not to run into the spam again. If you have not been able to receive our e-mail notification (both inbox and spam), please contact us as soon as possible.

To see your order status:
If you are a registered member (suggested), you can log in to your account center to view the status of orders.
The status of Pending means that your order has not yet been accepted. During this period you can cancel the order.
The status of Processing means that your order has been accepted and arrangements for tailoring. Shipment time as our commitment. Has become the processing status of orders can not be canceled.
